How to create a new page?

I think this is what Jackie was trying to ask........or maybe not! LOL!!

I am trying to add a new page that I can setup a redirect in the category section. In this page I want to be able to add HTML or RSS feeds. I don't want to have it as an article, but rather to full the blank white space in the middle. Please tell me how to do this.

You should probably create "normal", static page, and link it to navigation section.
