Temporary HelpDesk problems

Since yesterday and our domain switch to www.vivvo.net, we're experiencing problems with HelpDesk software. Some of the tickets are not going through the system. All the customers are strongly advised to use alternative channels for support until we resolve this - such as Forum, sales@word-press.net email or phone.
