wysiwyg editor images problem

When I use the WYSIWYG editor in template design I use the insert image command and it looks in Library for Images nothing comes up and it says Library does not physically exist - any ideas - where is this in the server file area.

The path to folder where images are stored is most probably invalid. Check paths in config file.

where is the config file. i think i have same prob. i can see the images via ftp in the temp folder but i cant see it in Wysiwyg to insert it.
