How to create a new php page?

I want to create a privacy policy page like a contact page but don't know how to do it. Could someone please make me one. I bet everyone would love to do it too :D

I really don't understand how do you mean "post a code to create new page"??

If you want to create Privacy Policy page, you can either create a normal page, and link it inside the system, or make an "article entry" and force it to be a page in navigation using "redirect link" in Categories. This was discussed on the forum earlier, use search on "redirect link".

Is it possible to create a new page similiar to contact and sitemap pages?
