What is the site?

There is no site, it is a license (professional) that has be renewed. Or I assume if you currently have one that is active you can use my license to upgrade? Then you would not have to renew, maybe an admin can post more information on that?

The license is for life, but the access to the client areas (new versions, patches and plugins) has to be renewed every 6 or 12months, depending on the type of license.
