Vb Plugin

I've installed the VB plugin and vb members can login to the vivvo system, but it also keeps logging them out even if the select remember me.

Also when a new article is created, it does not create a thread in the forum . In addition to that, their forum avatars are not displayed in their comments in vivvo.

I have installed vivvo on a separate database, does vivvo need to be installed on the forum database to solve the above problems?

Vivvo and vBulletin forum must be installed on same domain.
You can use different database but they must be on same domain.

Both vivvo and vb are on the same domain, but I have the above issues. If running them both on separate domains is not an issue, do you have an idea of what my be causing the problems?

Did you upload vBulleting forum in VIVVO_ROOT folder?

no, they are in separate folders

Please open the support ticket with access for ftp, phpMyAdmin, admin access on your forum and admin access on Vivvo.
