User Registration

Hello,

I have a problem with user registration. I had a look around and I did not find any similar problems.

When a new user registers, gets the email with the activation link.
When you click on that link the following message appears:
Invalid confirmation data.

When you try to log in:
You are an inactive user.

and I have to activate the users manually from the admin panel.

Any suggestions, please?
