CSS File - Modifying

I'm useless with CSS - is there a guide anywhere that tells us what each line of the standard CSS file will affect if we modify it?

Unfortunatelly no. Each CSS class defined within the file is supposed to be named self-explainatory (BreadcrumbTxt, boxHeadline, loginForm, etc.)
