I'm faced with a strange problem. Whenever I go to the templates section, I dont see the side menu as in your help: http://www.vivvo.net/doc/v4/user_manual/templates.php I only see the disclaimer part.

Did you upload all JS files in folder: `VIVVO_DIR/admin/js`?
Please check all files in that folder.

I have the same problem. When i enter the admin/templates there is nothing except that Disclaimer in the first post. No menu in sidebar.

Moreover my homepage is not working properly it looks like a txt file.

I need the upload some files, i think but i dont have the original files because i thought whenever i need them , i can download from my vivvo user page but download option is disable now. Because the upgrading time is expired. But i already paid for those files. How can i find the original files?

What version are you using? Did you try to disable (delete/rename) compress.php file?

It was 4.0.3 i think and i did nothing. It was working properly but suddenly it has broken. I tried to restore to my daily backup it didnt worked, then restored to my weekly backup and monthly backup files but i never worked.
