Purchase trouble

Hi,

I tried to pay for the $195 package but my browser crashed when it redirected me to the Paypal payments page and when I login to the client area it says this.

Total Invoices Paid: 1
Total Invoices Due: 1
Total Invoices with Credit: 0

How do I complete the payment process?

The order is flagged as incomplete on our side. Please check if your card has been billed and let us know via HelpDesk - we'll activate your license manually. Alternatively, you can make another purchase if you don't want to wait for this to be resolved - and if you end up being billed twice, we'll refund one.

The payment went though allright I clicked the history in the client area.
