How to make v4 template like v3.5 ?

I like the "Post your comment" button in v3.5, when it's was pressed, the page scroll down and display the comment area, pressed again, it's scroll up. In v4, the comment area display in every page and useless if user don't want to post comment :(

Well I guess this can be done using Java Script and template customization.
You can try and make it yourself if you have the Java Script and xhtml/css knowledge, and Vivvo template structure.
I would suggest you first study on how this template is done in 3.5 and try to recreate it in 4.0.
