I see file js/tooltip.js
i want know it use where on system ?

tooltip.js is used for tooltips in administration area (mostly in preferences) when you hover over the "?" on the right side next to input fields.

i want use it for artiles only title
show tooltips (title ,thumbnail ,short content)
