Changing password

How can a registered user can change his/her password or reset it.

there is a change_password.tpl in templates/xhtml/system/box_default/ but I couldnt make it work. Does it work?

If it is, how can I use it.

Change user password is enabled for staff personal (admin, writer...) for now.
