Help me to understand the main page

Hello Friends,


I want to understand how I should modify my script and where I should
go to modify my main page.

I attached the image, and it shows how the blocks are shown on the
main page. I basically have only one block. I want to have blocks with news
same way positioned as on the page:

Firstly could your remove my URL from your post please :o

What you are trying to achieve can be done by simply going to the admin panel.

This can be sorted by going into PREFERENCES - CATEGORIES - PAGE ELEMENTS
