One more question, is it possible to make Vivvo work with windows-1251 encoding?
Yes, but not easily. Utf-8 is native in Vivvo. Why would you need to move away from utf-8?

The main language of my website will be russian.
I downloaded demo, and as i understood - changing lang files wont be the only thing to do. So can you explain me, what i will have to do, if i will by vivvo?
