how I add links on footer !

I try add links on footer for my aouther site
but it looking as ^$%$%$$ something like this :(
so how I add it on right way plz help :(

Try editing your footer.tpl trough FTP using Notepad++.

Edit your template using UTF-8 without BOM.

See if that helps.
