Article link not working? "Page not found" error

I installed the script, and entered some articles, but when I click on article link on home page I get "Page not found" error?!? Please, help.

The problem is most probably due to .htaccess file. Check if the root folder contains .htaccess and that Apache server has AllowOverride ON for current virtual directory.

I also have the same problem while clicking the article link.I am getting file not found error.I uploded the .htaccess file to the root of my wordpress folder.Do we need to upload this files to the exact root instead of root of wordpree folder..?

No, .htaccess should reside in root of phpWordPress installation folder.

In case your Apache server does not support mod_rewrite module for rewriting URLs, re-install the script and un-check SE Friendly Links support.
