I just did my first install of 4.0 and everything ok, pretty straightforward. I have 4.0 developer

when I go to the site, I get the following error

Line: 2671
Char: 5
Error: '1' is null or not an object
Code 0
URL southernweddingmagazine.com

I also get a red x no image box that points to cron-image.php

I looked at the files and is the PHP encrypted in 4.0?
