Hi,
I have just made a clean installation of version 4 and here is what I get on the front side:
http://www.resellrightsprofessional.com/news/
Installation process went smoothly, my re-issued developer license was accepted, no error messages, nothing. I have chmoded everything according to installation instructions, but I get this  on the front side.
Any body had same problem? Maybe there is something to do in admin area?
What to do?

Something similar to what I encountered.
What version of PHP is your server running?
Are you having any other problems?

I have php version 4.4.4 . Every requirement during the installation was "passed" (checked green) according to installation wizard.
I cannot think about other issues, this issue is enough to worry about until it is solved.

When you re-uploaded and re-installed, did you do anything different from first time installation? Also, did you upload the files in binary mode or in ascii mode ?
Did you chmode exactly as described in instruction:
/backup - chmod 777 (chmod 777 for every folder and file inside the backup folder)
/cache - chmod 777 (chmod 777 for every folder and file inside the cache folder)
/files - chmod 777 (chmod 777 for every folder and file inside the files folder)
/templates - chmod 777 (chmod 777 for every folder and file inside the templates folder)
/themes - chmod 777 (chmod 777 for every folder and file inside the themes folder)
/conf.php - chmod 666 ( for conf.php file in your Vivvo install folder)
?

Use automatic mode, because php and html (tpl & css) shoud be transferred as ascii and images as binary.

I just re-uploaded everything in binary mode, and I did not chmode anything.
Site's front end looks normal now . This is weard, I will maybe have to chmode according to instructions later on...who knows? Who knows??...
WHO KNOWS? Is there anybody who knows!!! :) :)
Did you guys CHMODE directories and files according to installation instructions included in vivvo 4.0? I wander if it is correct chmoding...
Should I chmode or should I go?...nananana lalalal

On second time, I used "Ipswitch WS_FTP Professional" to upload the files and used it's default settings for upload.
chmode changes were done using the same FTP program as per the installation instructions.

We shell NOT! CHMODE 777 all files and all folders within the folder "Themes", as it is wrongly said in intallation instructions.
When I chmoded 777 /www/vivvo/themes/default/css the distorsion appeared again. So folder css shell not be chmoded 777, but 755. And leave all files in it with chmode 644.
