Hii;
i have upgraded my 3.0 to 3.1
but now i can not ad any artickles. nor i can not edit any artickles.

Did you run upgrade or just copied the new version files?

I think it wont work if i didnt run upgrade does it?
it works but i can not ad any artickles. it seems added, but can not be seen neither on admin page nor on front page. a cant edit neither.
