Hey there.

I have a problem.
Ive downloaded the trial-version and tried to install it on my site.
However when I run the installer, i dont get further then step 2...

As you can see, some of the files are still there...

I have tried everything, even contacted host and asked them to chmod 777 from their end.
It still does not work...

What am I doing wrong? :confused:

Please submit a support ticket on this issue, and will take look into it.

Having the exact same problem. Did you get this sorted, Stian? How?

(I've submitted a ticket but if you have the solution that owuld be very helpful).

This is a known issue, and will be addressed in 4.01 patch that will be out very soon.

Okay, so it's a known issue that the application will not install? Why is this not documented as a typical problem in the manual. I spent a lot of time trying to find out what was wrong.

Any time frame for the patch? We're evaluating tools and will have to pass over Vivvo if we can't test it in a matter of days. :)

It can't be documented in the manual, this is a "known issue" for last 10 days. And it happens only to minority of servers.

Any time frame for the patch? We're evaluating tools and will have to pass over Vivvo if we can't test it in a matter of days. :)
