All the additional files and manuals (including installation instructions) are inside your client area, in download section.

All I can see is:

# Agreement Name
1. [Click to view] License Agreement
2. [Click to view] Support Service Level Agreement
3. [Click to view] Intellectual Property Rights Policy
4. [Click to view] Privacy Policy

I've now found this bit:
Support>Online Documentation
However, all the version 4 doc links go to:
http://www.vivvo.net/doc/#

Here's what I see:
# File Name Download
1. xxxx_vivvo4.0_professional.zip
2. xxxx_vivvo4_installation_instructions.zip
It's there for me... Maybe you should try again?

In my client download area, under Product Download Section the plugin manual file name is: d523c24_.plugin-manual. The other 2 files (product & installation instructions) have .zip extension.
Did anyone else notice this?
Thanks

Hi everybody,
Has anyone a strange problem with the installer (www.yourwebsite.com/installer/) like me? I did everything exactly what comes in the installation guide of Vivvo 4, I didn't any mistake, but when I go to that page, it comes completely nothing, just a blank page!
Please any idea will be fine!
Thanks

Probably you have a error in script.
You need to debug script, line by line :(
