Testing RC4: Troubles with ionCube

I am trying to get RC4 setup but I'm running into problems with ionCube.

Here is what the install assistant is telling me

here is what the loader helper says

as you can see, looks as if we have path issues. anyone have some advice on debugging.

I'm afraid your host doesn't fully support IonCube or your shared hosting package doesn't have IonCube runtime libs. Drop an email to your server/hosting support team and ask for assistance. The majority of hosting companies out there don't support IonCube on shared hosting.

na, that wasn't the problem. I fixed it by installing a different runtime.
