3.5 version isn't fully adopted for Arabic language, but upcoming 4.0 version will be fully Arabic compatible, due for release in couple of weeks.

First thing which I noticed missing are the rtl/ltr buttons in the article text editor/

I have now RC1, I can well add English articles, but the Arabic articles doesn't published as well! And doesn't gave me any errors message. So, is the RC1 not fully, means not like the expected Vivvo 4 which fully Arabic compatible, like what Alex said??
