how to place a banner over logo?

Sorry for power posting recently, Im just trying to get all the last tweaks sorted before our launch.

Can some one tell me how I can place a banner zone over the top of the logo on the right side, I cant figure out the code.

You can use a div tag to float the javascript over the logo. Use CSS to position to your liking.
