Feeds.php don't run

Hi,

My feeds don't run. When I execute feed.php a message about code errors appears. I've reinstalled the file and the problem persist. Any idea about how to solved that?

It is funny they worked in version 3.0 but not in 3.5. Some good trouble shooting guide lines / walk throughs would really help. There are bits and pieces in the forums here but nothing that really works.
