2.Page CachingˇBlocks of outputs are now being cached for servers with high load to achieve optimum speed and performance. Now it is possible to run up to 500.000 articles!
Will this have any impact on Google indexing?

No, this has nothing to do with how spiders will index pages...

Does that mean that you are limited to 500 articles with Vivvo?

500 or 500K? I think we were talking about 500,000 here :)

500k still isn't that much if you are doing something like a news site where you may add 100 articles per day. What happens when you hit this limit? Will you have to delete articles?

Even if you add 500 articles a day, it would take you almost 3 years to reach 500,000 articles. Of course, the capacity of Vivvo will be increasing in the coming years as we release new versions, so we doubt that this will ever become an issue.

You can even add 1000 articles per day. And after few months and 100,000 or 200,000 new articles - you put the old articles in the Archive. That's why we have an archive. Articles within archive are not queried during normal website activities (browsing categories, tagging, commenting) and they are not counted in "related articles". Therefore they do not pose a problem for MySQL server.
On the other hand, if your website needs more than 500.000 active articles for everyday use, then I suggest purchasing Vignette (http://www.vignette.com/) for your website.
