image rotating not working

I have no images showing in the rotation. How do I get images to appear there?

as defulte it have to show , i want ask you .. the image appear in article full or what ?
if no image in article full please check your image name
else please if you edit in any files restore to defulte ..

The images for the articles appear. Just the rotating images below the news ticker doesn't show.

That's the thing. I haven't edit any files. I added advertisements to it but those are nowhere near where the images rotate. I deleted no coding from that either, just added the advertising coded where needed.
