Submenus doesn't display in the top menu. WHY?

I have 4 submenus in one category, on the left menu it display all, but in the top menu, it should displays a pup-up when you hover the mouse on that category, but why this doesn't work with my menu? No pup-up and doesn't display the another submenus?

I have Vivvo 3.51, template Tpl_1109, red_theme.

Any help?

Is my question not clear? Or very diffecult? Since a week and no any comment!!!!?

We checked out and the template should work properly.

The cause of this problem can be any of changes you have made over the code.

Please, if some problem appears afterwards, we won't be able to solve that issue if the code is modified without our knowledge.

I didn't any change with the codes.

And today I checked it, it displays and works good with Opera, Firfox and Netscape, but with IE6 and IE7 doesn't work.
