at your demo there is a trusted writer and has this cp
http://playground.word-press.net/admin/art..._management.php (http://playground.word-press.net/admin/article_management.php)

but i dont have that. i have trusted user and
trusted user and writer has same cp and actually it is not a cp couse there is no button on the left. on the main page there is only one link saying

"modify or change artickle."

but when you click it there is nothing.
so editor is the only one who can ad news and articles. but he can also delete anything even second editor can delete the first one.
so i need another user with the limited activities.
i think your demo and my script is not the same. yours is much more upgraded. but i have just bought it.
after buying did i have to upgrade?
thanks.

i were trying to make translation and configuration without knowing which file needed to configure. so in any case i resent the unchanged copies of admin files to make sure i havent delete the side menu of writer or trusted write.
but nothing changed.
side menu appeaars for only editor and admin. and they both can delete anytning.

my site is mostly done and i can do the others one by one but.
this two has to be done urgent.
1- writer side menu ( writer should have lmited allowance. just adding and configuring own files.

2-rss feedings. it doesnt have right characters. and also how to ad on another sites html page.
thanks...

Hm... Just checked customer logs, I don't recall you purchased Developer license. Are you sure you're familiar with your license Terms?

Dont be funny.
while i were purchasing you had the same suspicious messages. even i have paid the money, and were expecting to download the script, instead of download page your message was on the page like this:
" it seems fake order. bla bla."
i was shocked couse paypal have cut the money from my credit card and your message was still. "paypals page showing that it is a fake order"
:)))
then i checked mails and got the download page.

(of course i did buy.
i will write to your mail the details.)

and what was the solution of this problem?

Keddy,

I think you misunderstood. Of course you are a legitimate license holder, no one questions that. However the license you purchased - Enterprise license, allows you to install the script on a single domain. Refer to http://www.word-press.net/pricing.php for details.

As for your problem: Editor can delete anything if he/she is granted access system wide rather than single category.

Your problem seems very odd to me, it would be best idea to send us login to site administration so we can see this for ourselves and locate why are u having these problems.

This is going nowhere...

Here is the email you sent to our @support, you refer to:

To Boccio, Alex
Hii;
this is the link i have purchased and downloaded the script. but at this link it says 3.0.1 version.
but what i have is 3.0 as it is indicated under the page.
now i could not open the writer or trusted users admin menu. can you please help me soon. also i need quick resolution for the rss feedings. it doesnt have turkish characters.

I don't see any useful information here, do you? I really don't know how many times to repeat this...

Second, on your website:
http://www.toprakhaber.com/

You violated Terms of Use, by removing "powered by phpWordPress" from footer of the site. This is very clearly stated on the website and pricing structure - if you want to re-brand the software and remove "powered by" either purchase Developer license, or brandng-free option.

All phpWordPress license holders must retain the "powered by" text at the end of every page as per the license agreement. This options allows you to remove this copyright message for all purchased licenses.

By violating Terms of this software you loose the right to have 6 months free support and upgrades.

I did not violate anything.
i am still trying to configure my site.
its just 1 week old.
you seem so sensitive on your rights but not on customers rights.
i have sent you my link and password 2 times by this forums mail and other more times either by pm or direct mail to support. something strange with your support. i am really wery dissapointed of your support. so far i get nothing. i had to work 3 days for a configuration may be solved in 5 minutes if any support page prepared before..
in this case there is no meaning of continueing with you.
i will leave your script and please send my money back.
Regards.

Does removing "powered by phpWordPress" counts as "configuring site" ? No point in arguing there. And yes, we are sensitive when it comes to breaking Terms, who isn't?

i have sent you my link and password 2 times by this forums mail and other more times either by pm or direct mail to support.
Well, I just quoted your last email to us in previous message to prove that you didn't send what we asked you. I really see no reason to argue any more.

If you want us to resolve problem with editor permissions - create temporary access for us in your administration and send it over. Simple as that.

Alex;

it was not kind , just consantrating your link on my site berore than enyting else. while i have many problems to be solved.
there is a customer over here and unplesant of your service. you should have
i am aware of i been nerwous time to time and sorry about that but,ı have promissed that , site will be working in one week to the owner of the site. and for any single sentence you kept me waiting ,1 to 3 days. it is really annoying situation. at least you could check the forum 2 times a day.
Actually forums are not for the customer support service, it can be considered only alternative knowledge sharing and helping each other also support but not main support way. customers supposed to have help desk support.
there is a help desk link but it is asking my user name and password. but there are no link to enroll. so i could never used that.
i had to write to forum, (why shold i share my privacy with the others?) and had to wait 1- 3 days for any single sentence.
The style you working made me think you do this job as a second job. and when you have breaks you spend so little time on.. but i am planning to carry this site for years. it will always need updates and if any bugs found in the future and you gave up continuing the script so how can i depend you.

we certainly wrote my password , i just checked the mails , and i realized the link was written wrong but username and the pasword was correct. for the link you could want me but you didnt. i just realized now. that link was wrongly written. i can proof it. that i sent mail but i cannot proof the mails i sent buy this forum couse i just checked, i foud the messages i sent you but could not find the mails i just sent 2 or 3 days ago

my sole problem is not the trusted writer. ( i can send another user and password)
but also rss characters can not be read. so it doesnt work. ( which rss was the reason of my decision buying this script)
for rss character prolem you dont need my passowrd i think.

i am expecting this 2 problem to be solved soon.

Regards.

We sent you RSS update on email, the problems with Turkish characters in RSS feeds is taken care of.

In addition, we expect you to fully comply to Terms and Conditions of using this product and put back “powered by phpWordPress” link to your site. Otherwise, you won’t be able to continue receiving free support and upgrades anymore.

???

Our HelpDesk software is fully functional, as many customers already use it.

If you refer to our site (www.word-press.net), and in top-level navigation click on Support -> Support Help Desk, you will be redirected to login screen (http://support.word-press.net/tt/user_login.php), where you can (obviously) click on "Register" link at the bottom (http://support.word-press.net/tt/user_register.php).

Since you apparently have no knowledge in using web-based software and HelpDesk systems, I strongly recommend reading HELP before you post a trouble ticket.

Yess..
i just checked.
there iss a register buton "now" or maybe there was, but you put it so small to hide it from me:))
so far i bought about 45 domains ,it means i am of course familiar with a login page.
Anyway. rss is ok now, thanks for that. but the TRUSTED WRITER problem is stıll remains. i wrote you maybe 4 or 5 times by mail but ..
there is no menu on trusted writer and writer control panels...
thanks.

OK, I logged in to backend with account you gave me, and everything looks absolutely normal. You have main page, Article management options - exactly the way you should. I really don't know what else are you expecting?

http://forum.word-press.net/uploads/phpWP_test.jpg

As you can see - this is how it's supposed to be. I really have no idea what is that you actually want us to do...
