Hi,

I paid 2 month ago 195 $ for Vivvo CMS 3.5 and downloaded patch for upgrading to 3.51

But in Turkey (where i live now), every site publishing Vivvo 3.51 (pay attention : latest version) for FREE. In this case, i must be fool !

Your firm says, "you have licence but they don't" shortly. Yes, they don't !!!

If you want to sell your product like other firms (eg. abk-soft) please create licence key and zend it (if you can't, i can do it for FREE).

With new version, please do this (only encryp licence file, not other files).

I believe you want to earn money and want to see licenced vivvo websites in the web instead of full of unlicenced Vivvo websites.

I agree! we all love Vivvo and don't want someone to steal this scripts, steal your work. I think if someone download the patch (.zip) then it should enter a code (key) to can unzip that folder! And I think this is not so diffecult for your developers.

I see no reason to bring up the same discussion again. We know there are nulled versions of our software, like there are nulled version of almost every software there is. We do not use Zend, because of other reasons not because we do not know about it or have it :)

If anyone feels like using nulled version that is probably filled up with troyans and will probably make you a zombie for someone elses DDoS attack, I can live with that :)

You are right again, you are taking your money from Vivvo company, company takes from us, zend or other things doesnt matter ...

One of my friend using nulled Vivvo 3.51 for free (completely full!).

When i look to other companies, they generally publish new and secure (almost using zend for licence files, especially big companies !!!) versions of their script when their script nulled ! but you dont.

Can you say to me (us), why we choose licenced Vivvo CMS [except 1-) nulled versios have zombie and trojans, no because nulled versions are same with original, i tested with ExamDiff text compare 2-) you have licence, no because they get software from someone easilly, easiest to get nulled sotware ], really i wonder ?

I am not sure that this is the right forum to be discussing the differences between legal and stolen software. Zended software is no more secure by definition than non-zended one, so that argument is false as well. Making software more difficult to steal or pirate doesn't make it better, as we all know.

You can probably find a pirated copy of any commercial software package in the world on the Internet, but you probably wouldn't ask companies like Microsoft, Oracle or Adobe why they still sell their software to you when you can get it for free online.

We believe that our paid Vivvo customers get the best value product and customer support on the market and we take active steps to combat piracy. However, we also understand that not everyone is able to afford Vivvo and that some people continue using pirated copies of our software. Some of them even contribute to this forum and we hope that one day they will become loyal paid customers of Vivvo.

Turkey is a signatory of all major international intellectual property conventions and software piracy is illegal in Turkey, like in most other countries in the world. If you think that you will be better off breaking a law and using a pirated version of our software instead of getting a license from us, then we have no real means of stopping you.

I m from Turkiye and I began using Vivvo in a legal way. There lots of vivvo sites in Turkiye. Really lots of maybe much more than lagal users all over the world :P I was one of them but now I m with you. There must be some threatens to them if they are using it illegally i think.it mustnt be so simple to use nulled version of it

I think as boccio said, there are many programms in the world used illegal. Let we looking at Microsoft Windows and Adobe products, these companies are the leader of the market of softeware. But, I went few years ago to Jordan, Syria, Libanon and Turkey and I saw a lot of cd's in open markets, say what do you like, what do you want? and you will get it for just one or two dollar! :)
