questions about Links manager, vBulletin and updating vivvo

i downloaded the plug-in manual but i didnt find anything about the links manager, i want to know how it works?
plus i found something about vBulletin Login, and i dont have in my admin account > Plug-in Modules. should i download something or what?
final question the update patches where should i upload it ?

Links manager is deprecated and it’s not supported anymore.

Plug-in Modules is menu item in left side navigation (Control panel), under Plug-in Modules you should have a list of all currently installed plugins.

As for update patches, unpack the content of the .zip file to your local disk, upload entire content via FTP program on your Web Server.
Make sure to KEEP entire folder structure and only to overwrite the duplicate files from .zip archive.
