Create static pages such as "About us" for your website.
Description
Static content is not simply a static html page. Static pages are also served from the database whenever anyone loads the page but they are optimized for those contents/pages that are rarely updated. Some examples of these pages on your site may include Copyright, Legal Information, Reprint Permissions, Contact Information, About Me, About Site, Accessibility Statement, among other.

Access
To enter your Pages administrative area, select Pages from the Content section in main administrative menu.
User level
This plug-in can be accessed only by users belonging to groups that are allowed to manage Pages plug-in.

How to create new static page?
When you access Pages plug-in you'll see a list of created pages on the left hand side and new page generator on the right.
In the Title field enter a page name (for example "About the Company"). This name will display on navigation as a link that leads to a page content so the name should describe in short content of this page.
From the Custom layout dropdown menu choose some of existing web page layouts.
Enter your webpage URL. The page will be accessible via this URL, for example http://www.example.com/about.html.
In the WYSIWYG editor type or copy and paste the content you wish to publish.
Click Save button on the bottom right to save your work.
Edit page
To edit a page, simply select the page you want to change from the left hand side navigation menu, click on edit icon
next to its name and your page will load in the page editor. Make the necessary changes and then save your work by selecting Save button.
Delete page
To delete your page simply click on delete icon
on the left menu next to page you would like to remove. You may also delete a page when editing if you click Delete link.
