Images are not showing on my site

Q: My images are uploaded properly and permissions are set as described in user manual but they don't appear, just alt tag instead. It happens only when I change the language from English to other language.
A: This problem is related with UTF-8 encoding. Vivvo CMS uses only UTF-8 and it is necessary to use the editor that is able to save all language files as UTF-8 without BOM (Notepad++).
