"Copy failed." (5005)

Q: When I try to upload a file to my Vivvo website I get “Copy failed. (5005)” error. How to solve this?
A: You need to verify that the extension of the file that you are trying to upload is among Allowed file types in General Preferences section in your administration panel.
You will also need to check if file permissions have been set properly on your web server. The permissions for /files folder and all containing subfolders need to be set to 777, and for all files within that folder permissions need to be 666.
